What’s new in food?

What’s new in food? Food halls are hot. And no food hall is hotter than Revival Food Hall right here in Chicago. Think you know food halls? Think again. Food halls are all about bringing together lots of different culinary-inspired themes, from empanadas to barbecue to poke and so much more than that. Why? Because Millennials, Gen Z’s, Gen Xers like myself, we all love to graze. And food halls give us an opportunity to try a lot of things in a very small space. And this is one of the best food halls in the entire country. So let us show you around Revival Food Hall in Chicago, Illinois. Bring together a lot of local shops like Mindy’s Hot Chocolate behind me that drive consumers from all over the United States to right here in Chicago. And you can try anything, from breakfast, appetizers, desserts, and anything else that you can imagine. This place is open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., and you can have drinks in here until 9 p.m. So this is literally all-day dining and your choice of which cuisine you want to try. Think of them as your personal R&D test kitchen, right? Not only are there a lot of eclectic flavors, tastes, and new cuisines to try, but you also have an incredible mix of old and young if you look around behind me. This is a great place to come, try products, test products, and understand what the marketplace is looking for. So, if you’re looking for inspiration, I strongly suggest you look toward food halls.
