What’s New In Food: 2022 IFT First

The IFT First Annual Event and Expo has always been the place to see the latest innovations in ingredients. This year was no exception, with plenty of new, creative solutions to explore. We were definitely impressed by the full sensory experience many exhibitors had to offer in their booths. But what really caught our attention was the spirit of collaboration, as ingredient companies and manufacturers continue to seek solutions for supply issues and pricing volatility.
