El Che Steakhouse & Bar

Loud, modern and trendy, El Che Steakhouse & Bar is an homage to Argentinian cuisine. The menu features live-fire cooking and everything from roasted oysters and morcilla to trademark steaks. At its fiery heart is a 12-foot custom-built grill and a 100% South American wine list.

Formento

Formento feels like family— it’s warm and inviting with larger-than-life leather booths. The menu has all the light and airy flavors you would want in Italian food, as well as the portions and sauces you expect from an Italian restaurant. Come for the half chicken parmesan and 16-ounce veal tomahawk, then stay for the 600 wine varietals sourced from around the world.

Momotaro

Here’s a bit of a hybrid for your pleasure. Momotaro combines the cultural heritage of Japanese cuisine with modern methods of cooking. It’s designed with distinction—two main floor stations for sushi and robata, as well as second floor private room overlooking the restaurant. Now, that’s a power move.

Swift & Sons

Swift & Sons builds history into its environment and on its menu. Chicago was once known a stop on the cattle trade and a place for the meat-packing industry. Now, Swift & Sons captures both in retro-futuristic vibe—ceilings, stained glass lighting, mosaic marble floors and raw concrete columns. This balances perfectly with the modern steakhouse menu and dessert cart.

Duck Duck Goat

Another in the series of GOAT restaurants in Chicago (get it?), Duck Duck Goat offers high-end Chinese-American food with a casual, conversational environment that’s cool and charismatic. Here, you’ll find a variety of combos, Dim Sum, sides and everyone’s favorites like hand-pulled noodles, Mapo Doufu, Chongqing Chicken and Peking Duck (if you’re lucky; there’s a limited amount every night).

MONEYGUN

What’s located under the cross of the CTA Green and Pink Lines? That’s MONEYGUN. Known for its moody lighting and classic cocktails, this hotspot is as cool as it comes. Its music selection is spot on, and the bar frequently hosts DJs. 

Blind Barber

If you need a spot to get a haircut, a cleanup or just a few drinks, Blind Barber can do it all. Barbershop by day and cocktail lounge by night, this speakeasy will surprise you with its burnt-orange leather sofas, knotty pine walls, drink menu and dance floor. It’s oozing with style, laid-back jams and soft backlights.

Fulton Market Kitchen offers the opportunity to enjoy dining and drinks alongside an assortment of art displays from local talent.
