The smoke doesn’t stop there, with an impressive selection of appetizers, salads and side dishes, all of the options are so tempting it’s hard to pick.

Located inside Hotel Zachary, you’ll find Alma. With blue velvet couches and exposed brick walls, the vibes are almost as good as the menu—featuring modern Mediterranean eats, like marinated olives or feta fries, and a cocktail menu that includes an old fashioned flight.

Have you ever eaten at a restaurant and thought, “this could use more disco balls and neon lights?” If so, Happy Camper is the perfect spot. Not only do they have a sizable drink menu, but their pizzas are a wood-fired delight. Bonus points because all the ‘zas can be made gluten free and vegan.

Cubby Bear

Wrigley Field has been a Chicago institution for over 100 years, and Cubby Bear has been right there for over 70 of those. Sporting classic bar fare and enough beer to please any baseball fan, you can’t catch a ballgame and not visit this legendary sports bar.

Mordecai

What do wagyu tartine, polenta fries and crackerjack beignets have in common? They are just a few of the unique and delicious food options at Mordecai. If you want to get into the giving spirit while drinking spirits, the “Cocktails for a Cause” initiative is a charity fundraiser wherein patrons can pick from two drinks, and Mordecai will donate a portion of proceeds to a new organization each month.

Who doesn’t want to spend an afternoon sipping brews and swinging bats? At Sluggers World Class Sports Bar and Grill, the activity space is as big of a draw as the food and drinks. You can pair a jalapeño popper with some skee-ball, an Italian beef sandwich with some classic arcade games, or go classic with a craft beer and some rounds at the batting cage.

The oldest park in the National League, Wrigley Field has been nicknamed “The Friendly Confines” and holds a special spot in any baseball fan’s heart. Baseball is called “America’s Pastime” for a reason—the energy inside the stadium on game day is unmatched. You can root, root, root for the Cubbies all week long, with games every day from May 16 through May 23.

Lucky Strike

You don’t have to worry about striking out when bowling a few rounds at Lucky Strike. That’s because in addition to bowling, they have pool and over 100 arcade games (including a Daytona Championship simulator for the racing aficionado). Of course, no bowling/arcade experience would be complete without beer, burgers and wings.
