What’s New In Food: 2022 IBIE

Reunited and it felt so good. After 3 years, IBIE brought the best in the baking industry together again for an event that boiled over with post-pandemic enthusiasm. It was truly refreshing to see, touch and taste industry innovations and interact beyond the screen.

This year’s event showcased unexpected ingredients and solutions for new-world needs. With a focus on doing more with less (labor-savings and waste reduction), trend-driven health and wellness products and sustainability – there was plenty to sink our teeth into.
