Production Designer

Esrock is searching for an experienced production designer to add to our growing team. The primary function of a production designer is to provide quality assurance of all agency work that is delivered to clients or vendors. In addition to the primary function, there are several other areas of responsibility that a production designer needs to be comfortable with.

 

Quality control: Ability to edit, prepare and review all final agency work for completeness, compliance, and accuracy, by utilizing a blend of creative and technical know-how.

 

Expertise: Demonstrates a thorough understanding of agency and industry software, tools, and processes. While also keeping current on new and changing applications and processes.

 

File management: Maintains agency, client and vendor file prep/brand standards, delivery and approval processes.

 

Time management: Ability to efficiently manage working on multiple projects at the same time while maintaining a superior level of quality, organization and service.

 

Problem-solving: The ability to think logically and critically is needed to produce exceptional work. There is a high level of creative problem solving that’s needed to insure a brilliantly designed piece of communication is produced with the same integrity.

 

Relationships: Ability to build both internal and external vendor relations by collaborating and communicating regularly with other Center of Excellence (CoE) team members.

 

Openness: Ability to remain open-minded and willing to try new things and take direction to deliver the best work possible.
