Esrock is searching for a communications coordinator to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Integrated Communications department on all facets of the business to ensure a streamlined process from start to finish. This role will be integral in ensuring department success as it will actively connect the centers of excellence across the Integrated Communications department (strategists, planners, analysts).
This position will tactically support each area of expertise within Integrated Communications while simultaneously developing a foundational understanding of communications strategy. This will be done by working alongside team members to find synergies in the business and developing proactive ways of working that streamline the department.

Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy
Actively monitor paid competitive advertising through trade enews and print
Create competitive reports when requested by clients
Support in research and outlines for thought leadership content
Participate and contribute to weekly status meetings
Media Planning, Buying & Execution
Support the Associate Directors/Planners in drafting and sending RFPs to vendors
Organize vendor responses in Esrock’s proprietary planning tool: Impact Planner
Support Planners/Directors in presentation deck creation, when requested
Draft Media Approval Forms (MAFs) after plans are approved
Work with vendors to secure dates, deliverables, and timelines
Support team in maintaining strategic specs documents and communicate needs to creative team members to ensure the full messaging strategy is executed
QC assets to ensure they mirror that of the communications strategy and are appropriately named to translate to the analytics reporting framework
Traffic campaigns by way of ad server setup and conversion pixel creation, placement, and testing on behalf of advertisers
Assist publishers with troubleshooting implementation and delivery
Support analytics team to actively combat reporting discrepancies
Analytics
Manage vendor communication to receive frequent and accurate data
Create data templates at the campaign start and populate data received from partners on a defined cadence (bi-monthly/monthly)
Support data analyst in populating reporting dashboards when requested
Provide team with bi-weekly insight to campaign performance (health check indicating what is performing above or below average)
Proactively escalate issues and communicate potential challenges to media planner and appropriate account stakeholder(s)
Qualifications Needed
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
1-3 years experience at an ad agency or similar environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to balance multiple projects at the same time
Strong time management skills and comfort streamlining projects when balancing requests from multiple team members and/or clients
Desire to work across multiple clients with diverse timelines and expectations
High integrity, energy, and desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-growth environment
Driven to question systems, tackle problems, and work with team members to solve analytics queries while maintaining ethical integrity
Desire to challenge ways of working–consistently propose opportunities for improved ways of working, optimized reporting outputs, and growth of the department
Ability to collaborate, and initiate collaboration with, remote team members
Qualifications Preferred
Understanding of the paid marketing space, specifically paid and owned channels
