Account Coordinator

Esrock is searching for an entry-level account coordinator to add to our growing team. The primary role of an account coordinator is to provide proactive assistance to the account team on day-to-day client activities to ensure the continued progress of client workflow and client satisfaction. In addition to the primary function, there are several other areas of responsibility that an account coordinator needs to be comfortable with.

 

Relationships: Ability to build client relations by collaborating and communicating regularly with other members of the account team. Acts as the host/hostess for visiting clients and meetings – rolling out the “red carpet”.

 

Time management: Ability to efficiently work on many projects and initiatives at the same time while maintaining a superior level of organization and service.

 

Project management: Ability to remain knowledgeable at all times about the status of all aspects of each project for assigned accounts.

 

Data management: Ability to maintain an accurate and detailed data record of all clients and their organizations, their communications history, and all aspects of their project’s journey including estimates, change orders, and status reports.

 

Quality control: Ensures client brand standards are followed, proofreads all materials, and secures all client approvals. Maintains client reference guides and all pertinent information required for proofreading and meeting client standards.

 

Brief development: Ability to analyze client input, gather and assemble background, and provide research as needed to support the development of briefs.

 

Presenting: Ability to prepare and present presentations that display strong communication skills.

 

Reporting: Ensures a regular cadence of reporting for client projects, budgets, and measurements, and prepares weekly billing reports and invoicing for assigned accounts for internal review.

 

Hustle: Ability to push yourself, by being aggressive and a go-getter.

 

Relevant curator: Ability to understand and speak in an educated way about current trends in marketing, industry, and digital technologies.

 

Expertise: Demonstrates a thorough understanding of each account, its business, brands, products, services, industry, and competitive landscape.
